DOGE uploaded live copy of Social Security database to ‘vulnerable’ cloud server, says whistleblower

The Social Security Administration's chief data officer has publicly blown the whistle, alleging DOGE put hundreds of millions of Social Security records at risk of compromise by uploading a critical government database of citizen's data to Amazon's cloud.

How chatbot design choices are fueling AI delusions

Experts say that many of the AI industry’s design decisions are likely to fuel episodes of AI psychosis. Many raised concerns about several tendencies that are unrelated to underlying capability, including models’ habit of praising and affirming the user’s question (often called sycophancy), issue constant follow-up questions, and use of “I,” “me” and “you” pronouns.

Bluesky blocks service in Mississippi over age assurance law
